Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Absen Mobile Pertamanan Mampang Prapatan application ("the Application"). By signing in or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The Application is an internal tool for recording the attendance of gardening staff and for submitting daily work reports. It supports clock-in/out with a selfie and GPS location, work reporting, leave/permit requests, and supervision features (live location map, recap, and official report generation).
2. Accounts
- An account is created by the administrator. If self-registration is enabled, staff may register and the account becomes active immediately.
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your account with anyone else.
- You must report any suspected unauthorised use of your account to the administrator immediately.
3. Your Obligations
- Submit attendance and work reports truthfully and take photos of yourself at the actual work location.
- Provide genuine GPS location data; do not attempt to falsify your position, use location-spoofing tools, or manipulate your device clock.
- Follow the working hours, attendance windows, and leave procedures set by the administrator.
- Use the Application only for its intended work purposes.
4. Prohibited Actions
- Falsifying attendance, work reports, photos, or location data.
- Performing clock-in/out on behalf of another staff member (except through the legitimate team clock-in feature where the other person is genuinely present).
- Uploading content that is unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to the work.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, data, or system functions.
5. Data and Privacy
Collection and use of personal data — including selfie photos, GPS location, and work reports — is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Application, its source code, and its design belong to the operator. Data and work photos you submit remain subject to the operational needs of the operator for attendance administration and reporting.
7. Service Availability
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance, network problems, or third-party service issues (such as cloud storage) may cause temporary unavailability. Where photo storage is configured to use Google Drive, storage availability also depends on Google's services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application, including loss of data caused by factors beyond reasonable control.
9. Suspension and Termination
- The administrator may deactivate or delete an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is no longer active.
- A scheduled deletion has a 7-day grace period during which it can be cancelled, after which the account and its data are permanently removed.
- You may request deletion of your account by contacting the administrator.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated and the latest version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
